Refund Policy

We hope you never have to return a product, but if you do we will do our best to satisfy your expectations and help you to be happy with your purchased items.

Please note that all sales are final & we do not offer refunds.

While refunds are not accepted, returns are allowed only in the case of damaged or defective products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange. To be eligible for this, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at info@craftlysupplies.com
  • Provide proof of purchase and a clear description (and photos, if possible) of the damage or defect.
  • Return the product in its original packaging and unused condition.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

No Returns for Non-Damaged Items
